30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with all original tags intact, and in its original premium packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer-Initiated Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when initiating a return for items that are not defective or damaged. This includes return shipping to our fulfillment center.

Free Return Shipping (Damage/Defect/Wrong Item): VEYORA covers all return shipping costs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return address instructions via email.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Contact our support team at veyoragadgetsstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) along with exact return address instructions directly via email.
3. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
4. Please allow 24-48 hours for return approval.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND INSTANT CARE

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at veyoragadgetsstore@gmail.com with photos or video evidence. We will evaluate the issue right away and send you a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund without requiring a return.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to initiate a return for your current item. Once approved, you can place a separate order for the new product. If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item or defect), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a discount code for the replacement order.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item meets our standard return conditions (unused, with original tags, in original packaging). In this case, VEYORA will cover return shipping costs as required by EU law.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Final sale items or gift cards
• Items outside the 30-day return window

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time (typically 3-5 business days) to post the refund to your account.
